Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
