Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.

• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
