Regional Business Manager – Central

About the role

Heartflow is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) for its Central region to lead a team of Territory Account Managers (TAMs). The RBM will drive adoption of Heartflow’s AI‑driven, non‑invasive cardiac diagnostic solutions across cardiology and primary‑care networks.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and develop the TAM team to meet growth targets.
• Partner with TAMs and key accounts to educate physicians and ensure successful use of Heartflow’s FFRCT, RoadMap™ and Plaque Analysis technologies.
• Create and execute business development plans for strategic accounts.
• Work cross‑functionally to design solutions that expand ordering physician reach.
• Facilitate collaboration between sales, clinical, and product teams to remove adoption barriers.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide resources and set expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sales teams in a medical‑device or healthcare‑technology environment.
• Strong understanding of coronary artery disease diagnostics and related physician workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with cardiologists, internists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Leadership mindset focused on performance, accountability and coaching.

What we offer

• Total target compensation between $240,000 and $280,000 per year.
