Premium Cash Officer

About the role

As a Premium Cash Officer you will oversee daily operations of the Premium Agency, ensuring smooth service delivery while managing cash and liquidity. You will work directly with customers and agents, building strong relationships and guaranteeing a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash inflows and outflows between the Safe and PCA accounts.
• Conduct end‑of‑day bill counting and produce daily statements.
• Record all cash management transactions accurately in the treasury system.
• Request sufficient funds promptly to rebalance with agents/clients.
• Oversee transactions with cash‑in‑transit companies and report any discrepancies.
• Report counterfeit bills and ensure office security and proper use of furniture and materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in cash management, reconciliation, or liquidity handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in French and prior front‑office or banking customer service experience.
• Highly detail‑oriented, vigilant, and possess strong integrity.
