Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach those brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, allowing you to experiment, learn quickly and shape the growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing ideas and scale the winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels, constantly monitoring metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all activities in data dashboards and communicate clear insights about what works.

• Strong hunger to become a top growth marketer.
• Comfortable working independently, setting goals and figuring out how to achieve them.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into actions.

Required skills

• Experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content creation, lifecycle or funnel optimisation (any).
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted marketing tools.
