French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the trusted voice for French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
