About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer inquiries calmly.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.

• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills
