French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support in French and English through voice calls, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable computer (minimum i5) and internet connection (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce systems.
