French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking regions, providing clear, friendly assistance through voice calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on priorities and product changes.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
