French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can provide friendly, professional assistance to our customers via voice calls and live chat. This fully remote position supports customers from Spanish‑speaking regions, helping them track orders, understand products, and resolve issues while representing our brand with care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and guide them step‑by‑step to solutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
