French-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for reliability and care.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
