Entrepreneur in Residence – Build New AI Business

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new AI‑powered product or business vertical. You will act as a founder within the company, leveraging existing AI infrastructure, engineering, design, and customer base to build a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential market opportunities for new AI‑driven products.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to develop and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create structure.
• Customer‑obsessed with a passion for building products people love.
• Experience in startups (founder, early employee, product leader, operator, or investor) is a plus.
