Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, high attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
