AI Video Creator

About the role

We are looking for an AI Video Creator to shape how Base360.ai appears on video across all channels. You will turn our product into launch videos, ads and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, paid ads, short‑form social and brand films.
• Use AI generation tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.) end‑to‑end to produce video, voice, image and music assets.
• Animate and edit motion‑design elements, product demos, kinetic typography and transitions.
• Own ideas from concept through final export – pitch, build and ship quickly.
• Adapt content for every format: vertical TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand look and feel across all video output.
• Iterate fast, test performance data and double‑down on what works.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying on the cutting edge.
• Excellent visual taste and the ability to make content feel premium.
• Self‑directed, able to turn rough ideas into polished videos without hand‑holding.
• Skill at hooking attention within the first three seconds and holding it to the end.
• Bonus: experience building a brand’s video presence or creating short‑form social and paid‑ad creative.
