About the role
As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure payments are processed on time and accounts are reconciled efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks
- Process payments and invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Problem‑solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred)
Required skills
- Familiarity with accounting software
