Script Writer – Remote Creative Storyteller

About the role

We are looking for a talented Script Writer to join our remote creative team. You will transform ideas into polished, production‑ready scripts for a variety of media, including YouTube videos, commercials, TV spots, and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write, and format high‑quality scripts that match the target format and brand voice.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teammates to develop story ideas, themes, and character arcs.
• Conduct in‑depth research to ensure factual accuracy and authenticity.
• Craft realistic dialogue and control pacing to drive the narrative forward.
• Participate in script readings, incorporate feedback, and deliver revised drafts on schedule.
• Maintain consistency and industry‑standard formatting across all scripts.
• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, Film, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a script writer, screenwriter, or copywriter.
• Strong narrative development skills with a deep understanding of pacing, structure, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to pitch concepts and accept constructive criticism.
• Flexibility to adapt writing style for diverse audiences and project requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scriptwriting software such as Final Draft, Celtx, or Fade In.
