French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will provide friendly, professional assistance to customers through voice calls and live chat, ensuring every interaction is clear and helpful.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Accurately log all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on priorities and product changes.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service or similar experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
